WHAT'S NEW

Serowe

We have completed seven family houses in our new Serowe Village. We have also built a Kindergarten, a clinic, a village father's house, and an administration block.

The aim is to care for a further 200 children over the next three years. Already, 41 children have moved in, but we need more funds to complete this project.

Francistown

The SOS Children's Village Francistown is completely full with 240 children and youth.

The SOS Kindergarten Francistown has gained popularity with the local community, and has 100 children in attendance.

Our number of children with full-blown AIDS has increased to sixty-five, and all are on HAART - the Botswana Government's Highly Active Anti-Retroviral Treatment.

In Francistown, we have a Marimba Band together with Traditional Dancers, who are fast growing in popularity in the city.

They are always ready to perform at weddings, conferences, or house functions, and our charges are reasonable.
